• Do you service other brands of machines? Yes. We service all major brands of machines (MFP's, Printers, Fax Machines, wide format printers...etc)


• Do you provide leasing options? Yes. We provide no money down lease agreements with very competitive interest rates.


• What is your response time to onsite service calls? We maintain a four hour or less response time to onsite service calls.


• Do you provide remote technical support? Yes. All of our maintenance agreements include tech support at no additional cost.


• What is included in a maintenance agreement? Maintenance agreements include all parts, labor, toner and toner waste containers. The only exclusions are paper and staples.


• What area do you provide service in? We cover Southeast Georgia.


• How long before an item will be delivered after an order is placed? If we don't have it in stock, the lead time is two days.
